The S, like the majority of Altima trims, comes with a
2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 188 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque
paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive
is standard, but the Altima gives you the option of all-wheel-drive. As for features,
the S provides you with a power-adjustable driver's seat, a rearview camera,
push-button start, and an infotainment system that includes an eight-inch
touchscreen, two USB inputs, Bluetooth, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
smartphone configuration. The S also comes with a bevy of safety features
including front collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot
monitoring, lane departure warning, and rear parking sensors.

SRÂ
The SR is the sporty trim of the Altima, and it comes with a
sportier suspension, transmission paddle shifters, and a unique style. Optional
for the SR is a sunroof, heated seats, and a ton of driver assistance features.
Also included on the SR, as well as the Platinum is the option of a
turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out 248 horsepower and
280 lb-ft of torque which pairs with the CVT automatic transmission and
rear-wheel-drive.

SVÂ
The third level up is the SV, and it blends the S and the
SRs features while adding new items such as noise-reducing side windows, heated
front seats, and dual-zone climate control. Also included is Nissan's ProPilot
Assist technology that comes with stop-and-go adaptive cruise control and
lane-keep assist.

SLÂ
The SL provides you with all the features of the SV and adds
leather seating, a navigation system, and a nine-speaker Bose audio system.

PlatinumÂ
The Platinum is the top of the trim level mountain, and it
brings you 19-inch wheels, a 360-degree camera, and ambient cabin lighting to
go along with all the standard features of the previous trims. The Platinum
also comes with the 2.0-four-cylinder engine as the standard.  Â
