The options are endless with the 2019 Nissan Sentra. The four-door five-passenger sedan is offered in five different trim levels: S, SV, SR, SR Turbo, Nismo, and SL.
S:
The base model Sentra S comes equipped with a 7-inch central touchscreen, a USB port, a four-speaker sound system, 60/40-split folding rear seatbacks, cruise control, automatic headlights, air conditioning, a tilt-and-telescoping steering column, and 16-inch steel wheels. The S comes with a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine making 124 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque. While a six-speed manual transmission is standard buyers have the option of a continuously variable automatic transmission. The Sentra S with a manual transmission sees an increase of power with 130 horsepower and 128 lb-ft of torque.
SV:
The SV model adds upgraded cloth upholstery, keyless entry and ignition, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. An optional SV Special Edition package includes a sunroof, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear disc brakes, and 17-inch wheels.
SR:
Next up is the Sentra SR model with features including heated mirrors, LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, foglights, unique cloth upholstery, along with a sport body kit. An optional Premium package adds an auto-dimming rearview mirror, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, a sunroof, an eight-speaker Bose sound system, leather upholstery, and a power driver's seat.
SR Turbo:
The SR Turbo has the same standard features as the SR but comes equipped with a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine. The turbocharged engine produces 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. Buyer's can get the SR Turbo Sentra with either a six-speed manual transmission or a specially calibrated CVT automatic with a manual-shift mode. The SR Turbo also adds upgraded front brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, recalibrated steering, and a sunroof.
Nismo:
The Sentra Nismo comes similarly equipped to the SR Turbo but adds Nismo-branded pieces like 18-inch wheels, a spoiler, exhaust, grille, and badges. The interior also comes with Nismo-branded pieces included front sport seats, leather-wrapped shift knob, meter cluster, and Nismo plaque. The Nismo features red accents on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, red stitching on the seats, and a front and rear fascias with a red stripe.
SL:
The top tier Sentra SL reverts back to the 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine and loses the SR's sport-themed features. The SL does add most of the optional features listed above along with heated front seats and heated mirrors.
