History of Nissans Electric Cars

The history of the Nissan EV can be traced back to 1947, when the TAMA was developed. It was Nissan's first-ever EV and was followed by a compact four-door sedan two years later. Next up was the Prairie Joy EV, which was the first electric car to use lithium-ion batteries. The LEAF was released in 2010 and was the first mass-market, mass-produced electric vehicle.
