THE POWER OF Z

Past Meets Future

Witness the rebirth of the iconic sports car that has defined generations and defied expectations.

For the Curve, the Straightaway, or Anywhere

The all-new 2023 Z stays true to its performance roots, with a powerful 6-cylinder under the hood, a Front Midship, and a rear-wheel-drive design that places the engine farther back in the chassis for enhanced balance; and a suspension that makes you feel hard-wired to the road. It's an authentic sports car in the purest sense of the word.

TRANSMISSION AND SUSPENSION

9-Speed Automatic Transmission

The one transmission that can tempt manual drivers. The Z features a new 9-speed automatic with shift-by-wire technology activated by a unique palm-shaped controller. For added thrills, you can employ the available steering wheel paddle shifters borrowed from the Nissan GT-R.

Suspension and Steering

To make sure it handles like a Z, the new model features new mono tube shocks, new front geometry, and rear suspension tuning. Electric power steering - the first time on a Z, allows near-infinite tuning for inspired control and precision.

ALL-NEW INTERIOR

Redesigned Cockpit

Purely driver-focused, the all-new Z keeps you in the loop with a new digital gauge cluster and an available 9" center touch-screen display with NissanConnect, including available Door to Door Navigation, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and Remote Access.

GT-R Inspired Steering Wheel

Point to the future with a nod to our history. The leather-wrapped rim is thicker than the current GT-R, while the unique groove at the top of the wheel was inspired by the legendary GT-R R32.

What is the engine that powers the Z?

Powering the Nissan Z is a spectacular twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that pumps out a pavement-pounding 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque which pairs with either a six-speed manual or nine-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel-drive, which should please all of the purists. If you decide on the manual transmission Performance model, the Z will come with a rev-matching feature so that you will always hit the mark while you're downshifting. It also comes standard with launch control on all trims, no matter which transmission you go with. There is a lot of power to be had here, and we couldn't be more excited to bring it to you!

What tech features can I get with the Z?

While there is a ton of power to be had with the 2023 Nissan Z, there is also a ton of innovation in the tech department. You will find a standard Adaptive Cruise Control system that will allow you to maintain a pre-set distance between the Nissan Z and the vehicle ahead of it. You also get a Forward Collision Mitigation system which will let you know if there is a potential frontal collision and can even apply the breaks if you fail to do so. Other standard safety systems include Blind-Spot Monitoring and Lane Departure Warning. If you upgrade to the Z Performance, you get a 9-inch touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay, as well as a Wi-Fi Hotspot, onboard navigation, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system.

Revised Interior of the Nissan Z

The interior of the Nissan Z has been completely redesigned for the 2023 model year! The dashboard has been redesigned and includes an extensive infotainment system that runs all the modern software. There is also a new and very slick digital instrument panel that will provide you with all the critical information while you drive. Located below the central display are three climate control dials similar to what you will see with other Nissan vehicles. When you go to get inside the cabin, you will find that the Nissan Z is very comfortable with a ton of room and premium materials. The seats are also very supportive and comfortable, which means they are perfect if you have to drive long distances.
